Garden Maintenance Crew Lead - HIRED
You will be tasked with the day-to-day management and operations of our gardening crew. You must be able to manage high amounts of responsibility and work independently with minimal supervision. You must be familiar with all aspects of landscape maintenance including: cleanups, mowing, mulching, pruning, trimming, edging, line trimming, bed maintenance, fertilizing etc.; and operating all equipment including mowers, line trimmers, blowers, edgers, and hedge trimmers.
You will be responsible for plant/garden instillations, and small-scale landscape construction jobs. Knowledge of of some plants, bushes, shrubs and job materials is required. Good organizational skills are an asset as you will be planning which properties and job sites to tend to on a day-to-day basis
Starting Wage: 28 - 29$/hr. depending on experience

Garden Maintenance Field Crew - HIRED
You will be tasked with working effectively in the gardens alongside your crew and under the instruction of the Garden Manager. Gardening/landscaping experience is an asset but not required, responsibilities and duties can be taught on the job in training. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are highly valued.
Site cleanups (raking, blowing, shovelling)
Mowing, line trimming and edging lawns
Blowing yard debris
Weeding and pruning
Cultivating garden beds
Starting Wage: 23 - 25$/hr. depending on experience

Green Lake Gardens Manager - HIRED
Supervising maintenance staff: training employees, scheduling their work, and ensuring they follow safe work practices and maintain equipment.
Monitoring and controlling costs: This involves maximizing billable hours and increasing cost-effectiveness and profitability.
Managing equipment and supplies: This involves purchasing, maintaining, and storing equipment and supplies, as well as monitoring inventory levels (don’t loose tools!), as well as maximizing billable hours during the work day
Communicating with clients: This involves responding to client inquiries, addressing any concerns, sending quotes and ensuring client satisfaction with the maintenance services provided.
Continuously improving processes: This involves evaluating and improving maintenance processes, seeking new and more efficient methods
Planning and executing special projects: This involves coordinating with other contractors and staff members to plan and execute special projects, such as seasonal displays or garden renovations.
